Most of our positions are fully remote within the United States and US Territories. Some are hybrid in the New York capital area. We prioritize full time positions with meaningful compensation, great life/work balance, and room for professional growth. All full-time positions offer:

Director of Program and Market Development: Remote

BPI is seeking a Program and Market Development Director to serve as the primary person responsible for increasing awareness of the need for BPI’s standards and credentials in the market, while also expanding BPI’s portfolio of contractual projects relating to its mission. Customer Relations Representative: Hybrid in NY

BPI is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to serve as our customer’s primary point of contact via phone, email, or other channels. CRRs are experts in BPI’s products and services, and have a vital role in helping customers understand and use our offerings. The Client Relations Representative advances BPI’s success by addressing questions, offering information about our products and services, and resolving problems.  Mostly daily work is remote, with occasional onsite responsibilities. Technical Project Manager: Remote 

BPI is seeking a Technical Project Manager to provide project planning and management for initiatives such as development of standards for the home performance industry, certification exams, and technical  resources. The Technical Project Manager will combine significant field experience in home energy diagnostics, modeling, and work scope development with project management skills to ensure that projects are completed to specification within the established time frame and budget.
