Customer Relations Representative: Hybrid in NY
BPI is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to serve as our customer’s primary point of contact via phone, email, or other channels. CRRs are experts in BPI’s products and services, and have a vital role in helping customers understand and use our offerings. The Client Relations Representative advances BPI’s success by addressing questions, offering information about our products and services, and resolving problems. Technical Project Manager: Remote
BPI is seeking a Technical Project Manager to provide project planning and management for initiatives such as development of standards for the home performance industry, certification exams, and technical resources. The Technical Project Manager will combine significant field experience in home energy diagnostics, modeling, and work scope development with project management skills to ensure that projects are completed to specification within the established time frame and budget.
