“Comprehend and copy nature.” – Viktor Schauberger

Nature has been around for 3.8 billion years. In that time, it has done a lot of research and development on resilience and problem solving. We can learn and benefit from Nature’s designs.

The quiet, low-resistance bullet trains of Japan were designed after the owl, penguin, and the kingfisher. Designs like these are called biomimicry. Organizations can also learn how to move like air and water, with the minimum of friction.

This presentation will share how nature can teach us to create organizations that is harmonious, efficient, and prosperous. Nature produces conditions conducive to our businesses and agencies. Please, join us in a short look.

Learning Objectives:
1.      Learn how nature is the blueprint for our organizations
2.     Learn that to “Comprehend and copy nature” is the perfection we seek
3.     Learn the calming, innovative, and collaborative nature of the forest that surrounds us
