Use worksite credentials to build reputation and increase profit

Quality management is tough when business is busy. But loss of profit and reputation due to callbacks will eat away at your growth, wasting the opportunities of a hot market.

That’s why BPI developed the Site Supervisor Certificate (SSC), a credential to ensure that lead technicians have the skills and knowledge needed to ensure completion of the scope of work and designate critical worksite responsibilities.

The Site Supervisor Certificate shows that the worker is qualified to:
• Lead interactions with the client
• Manage personnel
• Ensure that materials installed and work performed on the job site are completed in a safe and effective manner.
• Maintain quality control and worksite documentation
• Confirm that all work is completed to applicable industry standards and specifications.

The SSC gives assurance that the worksite lead has the knowledge, skills, and experience to meet industry standards and maintain quality.
Learning Objectives
• Develop an understanding of the scope of the Site Supervisor Certificate.
• Identify the key SSC prerequisite experience requirements.

• Understand how to access online training to prepare for the SSC online exam.
