Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

BPI encourages certified professionals to participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with new technologies and best practices. BPI awards Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for recertification upon completion and proof of coursework according to BPI’s CEU Policy.

  1. Search for upcoming BPI approved CEU opportunities here. A course does not have to be pre-approved in order for you to receive credit, but it must align with BPI Standards and Testing Knowledge Lists for each certification. You can also receive credit for teaching, writing an article and other activities.
  2. Review BPI’s CEU Policy for information on which certifications can be renewed by earning CEUs, and for information about how CEUs are awarded.
  3. Once you have completed your continuing education coursework, you must submit your CEUs through the CEU Portal to record your credit.
  4. Step by step instructions on how to log in and enter your CEUs can be found here.

Note: While BPI does award CEUs for these courses and other types of education, we only review them for basic content and length.
