Steps to become accredited company.

Make a company-wide commitment to quality. Follow the steps below to become a BPI GoldStar Contractor.

Steps to become accredited.
  1. Review the BPI GoldStar Contractor Program Policies and Procedures document.
  2. Fill out an application. Submit the application online or print it out and mail to BPI.
  3. Employ a BPI certified professional. The BPI GoldStar Contractor program requires a minimum of one full time Building Analyst or HEP Energy Auditor certification.
  4. If you don’t already have a documented customer dispute resolution plan, create one (see sample with application).
  5. Comply with all insurance requirements as listed in the application.
  6. Sign and submit the application and pay the program fee, either in one annual payment or monthly by subscription.
  7. Once your application is approved, complete a gap analysis survey to determine what training is needed.
